Do not rent from this location. Liars and thieves. Hardly speak English.
I've used this place three times in the last year to rent a pickup truck. They're quick, friendly, and no nonsense. The trucks are clean and perform perfectly. I agree with others, the ability to fill up the gas tank where you return the truck is a bonus.
Don't go to this U-Haul. First of all, when returning the U-Haul it took me almost an hour. The main reason for this is because the people in front of me (who were also returning a U-Haul) got charged $250 dollars when they only drove 60 miles, it was supposed to be $20 for the rental, $14 for insurance, and 99 cents per miles. Not to mention people were constantly coming into the store for gas and miscellaneous things and he would prioritize his attention to them.
RUDE and SHADY! Do not rent a U-haul from this location and do NOT give them any business because he will rip you off. period.
OK I read the previous reviews (5 of 7 one star) but this was the only place that had a van when I needed it. I found them to be very efficient. Sure the guy behind the counter needs to multitask and he does. Nice to be able to gas up at the same place you drop off. Van was in great shape. I would use again. I suspect this is an example of dissatisfied customers posting and satisfied customers not, so I am posting when I usually would not.
However, the main reason I will not go back is because I also got over charged. They charged me as if I traveled 100 miles and I only traveled 4 miles! When I called their corporate office they gave me a refund. Considering there are many U-Haul locations near this one it is not worth the hassle.
