The Grooming was fine, & the people were nice. It just seemed quiet in the store. I must have come during a not very busy time.
Excellent store, very clean and the animals are taken care of very well. The staff were cleaning the reptile cages and feeding them when I went in. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I talked to James for over a half hour about reptiles and scorpions. I will be going there for now on for all my pet needs. If I could give this store a +100 stars I would.
We took our dog for her first nail trimming (anywhere). She was so scared and had an accident because of this. The lady there was so kind about the whole thing. She cleaned Luna up and even let Luna sit with her until we came back. Thank you so much for being so nice to her.

I like that this store has a dedicated area for cats that are up for adoption., the kennels allow you to interact with the cats pretty well. The grooming area is clean and well kept. The parking lot is a bit of a challenge, but you'll be okay finding a spot somewhere.
